When you use chatmultipleai, we collect the following information:

Account information: Your name and email address when you sign in with Google.
Chat history: The messages and AI responses from your conversations, stored securely in our database.
Usage data: How many messages you send per day, which models you use.
Payment information: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the chatmultipleai service.
To save your chat history so you can access it later.
To enforce usage limits on free accounts and process Pro subscriptions.
To send important service-related emails (account, billing).
To improve the product based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.

3. Your Messages and AI Models

When you send a message, it is transmitted to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate responses. Cloudflare's privacy policy governs how they handle inference requests. We do not sell your messages to third parties.

Your chat history is stored in our database and is only accessible to you. We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure no other user can access your data.

4. Data Retention

Free accounts: Chat history is stored for 7 days. Pro accounts: Chat history is stored indefinitely until you delete it. You can delete any chat at any time from the sidebar.

5. Third-Party Services

Supabase — database and authentication storage.
Stripe — payment processing. We never see your card number.
Cloudflare Workers AI — AI model inference.
Google OAuth — sign-in only. We receive your name and email.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access all data we hold about you.
Delete your account and all associated data.
Export your chat history.
Opt out of any non-essential communications.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level database security, and secure authentication through Supabase. We do not store passwords — login is handled via Google OAuth.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or a notice on the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
