2. Use of the Service

You agree to use chatmultipleai only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use automated scripts to send messages and abuse rate limits.
• Attempt to bypass subscription limits through technical means.

3. Free and Paid Plans

Free Plan: Limited daily usage with up to 2 AI models simultaneously. Free to use with no credit card required.

Paid Plans: chatmultipleai may offer multiple paid tiers such as Pro and Unlimited, with different usage quotas, billing intervals, and feature access. Current pricing and plan details are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and access continues through the end of the active billing period.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize the recurring charges associated with the billing interval you selected.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Contact us at support@chatmultipleai.com.

5. AI-Generated Content

chatmultipleai displays responses generated by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, or financial decisions without consulting a qualified professional.

6. Intellectual Property

chatmultipleai and its original content, features, and design are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the messages you type. AI-generated responses are subject to the respective model providers' terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
